Glasgow Life, in conjunction with Creative Scotland, Glasgow City Council, Clyde Gateway Urban Regeneration Company and other city stakeholders, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors to undertake a scoping exercise to support the ???VeloCity??? Project.

The partners outlined above are seeking to commission an innovative Operational Plan for the delivery of a coherent and curated arts programme that sits within the context of the physical changes taking place in the city in preparation for the Commonwealth Games in 2014.

The overarching outcome of this research will be to articulate a coherent vision for art in the public domain and to galvanise the stakeholders to work together in partnership in the delivery of that vision.
