Any artist based in Glasgow is welcome to apply for this opportunity to spend August and September 2009 in Dusseldorf. On arriving, you will meet a representative from the Kulturamt der Landeshauptstadt (Dusseldorf's City Council) who will introduce you to a number of artists and cultural institutions in the city.
