The curator and writer, Andre Black would like to invite artists to submit work which addresses ideas of surveillance or the gaze in general for an event in the Autumn of 2010 in London.

As proposed by Baudelaire’s notion of the Flaneur. much art since Manet has used a detached, unthinking eye to observe contemporary society. The art group Cack-U-Like have expanded these surveillance themed ideas with the quasi-voyeuristic performance/video, Residents Rip Off
