Stream is a creative production agency based in the London Borough of Greenwich. They are looking for an artist working in site specific collaborative practice, who is interested in exploring the relationship between people and place and adopts an oblique approach to the notion of community. Meaningful participation by a range of community members is central to the Commissions’ aims, Stream would prefer an artist experienced in engaging with members of the public and the complexities that this involves.

The Commission has a budget of £10,000 and is scheduled to take place between November 2009 and July 2010.
