Isle of Man Public Art Coordinator
22 Sep 2011
The Town and Village Centre Regeneration Scheme for the Isle of Man was launched in April 2009. The development of regeneration plans for six town and villages is now complete and work has commenced on detailed designs and implementation. In order to meet the public’s responses for vibrant and interesting regeneration areas, the Isle of Man Government is seeking Expressions of Interest to undertake the coordination of Public Art within some of the Island’s planned regeneration areas.
The Public Art Coordinator will have knowledge and experience of coordinating and developing public art designs, costing for such and commissioning artists and craft persons (local in the first instance) to undertake the work.
If you are interested in this work then please contact either Linda McCauley or Emma Callin for an informal discussion and an outline of the work involved.
