DG Arts is seeking a highly creative artist who can demonstrate a strong interest in design to lead a creative vision for the new mental health hospital in Dumfries.

DG Arts working in partnership with NHS Dumfries & Galloway and supported by the Holywood Trust is now recruiting an artist to deliver the ???Healing Spaces??? public art strategy for the new Crichton Royal Acute Mental Health Hospital.

Expressions of interest are invited from those who will be sensitive to the specific environment of a mental health hospital.

Applicants are required to: deliver innovative and meaningful works for the building and gardens; work collaboratively with the project manager, a poet and the design team and be able to commit to a tight time schedule 11th November 2010 ??? October 2011
