After 21 years of creating arts experiences with and for children in Glasgow and across Scotland, the company announces that Giant is to close this autumn.

Giant is a unique multi-discipline arts organisation focussing on working with children under 12 years of age and their families. At the heart of the company’s work is the celebration of children’s creativity and a commitment to accessibility.

Across the 21 years the organisation has delivered a wide range of creative projects, reaching tens of thousands of children and families. Since 2005 alone the organisation has engaged with over 28,000 people.

Alongside a diverse portfolio of work created with artists in theatre, visual art and music, Giant has delivered projects with an array of partners including: nurseries, schools, housing associations, health services and arts organisations.

The company has collaborated with exceptional and talented individuals over the years and none more so than the children and families who have participated in the company’s work.
