The City of Philadelphia???s Public Art Program announces a competition to commission artwork for an exterior site at a new fire station. Deadline: November 23, 2009.

Artists working in environmental art are encouraged to apply. This competition is open to artists and artist teams who reside in the following states: Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Maryland. The budget is $40,000.
