Community Support for Stalled Spaces

Glasgow City Council in partnership with Glasgow Housing Association is seeking to assist community groups/organisations to utilise and regenerate land within their communities which currently has no function.

Assistance is available ranging from a minimum of £1,000 to a maximum of £2,500.

Proposals should follow the criteria as laid out on in the website (see below) in relation to current status and may include the following:

  • Land earmarked for development though delayed e.g. economic circumstances.
  • Vacant/Derelict Land
  • Open space – yet undeveloped

Proposals must take place within the Glasgow City Council Boundary.

Check the Glasgow City Council website for guidance, submission dates, application criteria, all relevant paperwork and a first point of contact from within the City Council for anyone who wishes to apply for funding.
