Artlink are seeking the wonderful! The amazing! The strange! The almost-finished! The sort-of-ok! The stuff-you-make-in-secret-and-you???d-never-show-in-public! The great, the good, and the brilliant art and craftworks that are out there, hiding in your boxes, thrown under beds and in cupboards???

Artlink is organizing a Temporary Art Exhibition designed and curated by Laura Spring and Anthony Schrag entitled:

???The Curious Bizarre – The More You Look, The More You Find???

Set-up in the model of the traditional Shop of Curiosities, it turns the exhibition into ???an event??? that explores the various different skills and talents of professional artists, part-time dabblers, dedicated craft-heads and conceptual artists into a single continuum of creativity.

Things they would like to include: Paintings! Jewellery! Ceramics! Drawings! Sculptures! Comic Books! Knitted things! Publications! Baked goods! Things you made in your studio/office while bored! Musical Notation of songs you???ve written! ANYTHING!!

The funds of any works sold to be donated to Breast Cancer Institute.

Whether the reason you donate is to support charity, or if its to show your work, or just to get rid of some of old projects that have been hanging around for a wee bit too long, be brave, and get involved.

Please contact Anthony on events@functionsuite.com BEFORE JULY 28TH, 2010 with an expression of interest and description of work. Or just for more information! Works to be collected the following week and ideally should not be larger than 30 cm.
