Artists invited to create a landmark public art work at the Dargan Entrance to Belfast Harbour Estate. Deadline: 11 January, 2009.

The budget for this commission is £100,000 all inclusive. The commissioning procedure will involve a two stage open competition process. For Stage 1, artists are invited to submit a proposal comprising of: a written document of a max 500 words outlining their approach to the brief and describing initial ideas for the commission; a copy of current CV. Also up to 10 images of recent work in the form photographs, CD or DVD and a 200 word artist statement that gives a further explanation of their work.
