The Quays Programming Group is looking for an artist, artists collective or arts organisation to work with them collaboratively to develop a commission which will take place in the public realm around The Quays during the Winter of 2011. They want to work with a creative individual or team who will create something (an event, an installation, an interaction, a project, a series of interventions) in the public (and possibly the digital realm) which will inspire, excite and engage people who experience it.

This commission is funded by Arts Council England NorthWest and Salford City Council.

Budget (to include all fees, travel, accommodation, making/production costs) £65,000
