In October, with your help, Broth Mix will transform Intermedia Gallery in CCA Glasgow into a free vegetarian cafe and a platform for the sharing of food, ideas, seeds and produce, run by artists and backed by the resources of community food initiatives, gardeners and allotment communities.

Celebration evening Sat 20th October 5pm onwards – all welcome

Broth Mix will occupy the gallery from 12 – 7pm daily. Cooking will take place from 12 – 2pm and 5 – 7pm each day, so arrive early to make sure you get your free soup and bread. In between times there will be a library of books and information about food growing and food projects, food related films, talks, a physical and virtual map of food growing communities in Glasgow, seeds to swap and much more.
