N55 Services: Interventions in Public Space, Edinburgh

29 Sep 2007

Danish artists N55 will host a public workshop at the Central Library in Edinburgh on 4 October, to discuss their current project N55 Services. There will be a reception to launch the new work on Friday 5 October at the Ross Fountain, West Prince’s Street Gardens, Edinburgh from 5 – 6:30pm. All welcome.

Throughout October 2007, N55 will be installing a series of ‘dispensers’ in various Edinburgh locations as part of Collective Gallery’s One Mile Project.

The dispensers are part of N55’s current initiative N55 Services, and will be in situ for 28 days at a variety of locations. N55 Services will work with public space and local communities in central Edinburgh to innovate the culture of swaps.
